Treuen un doble àlbum recopilatori en temes inèdits, singles i rareses, Living in the Past, d'escoltar amb dues seleccions, Inside i Driving Song.
All the places I've been Make it hard to begin To enjoy life again On the inside But I mean to Take a walk around the block And make a light that I've got
I'm sitting in the corner feeling good I got no money coming in but I can be sad That was the best cup of coffee I ever had
Inside, outside so far away And we laugh and we sing Get someone to bring Our friends here for tea in the evening Oh, Jeffrey makes three
Take a walk in the park There's the wind in the dark Sound like music to you Well, I'm thinking it does to me
Can you cook? Can you sew? Well, I don't want to know. That is not what you need on the inside to make the tie.

I Fall To Pieces i Rock Me In The Water. Això fa que ens fixem en Can It Be True, un tema inicialment descartat per l'àlbum. Can it be true that love's a toy?
Can it be true?
Can it be true that love has many ways to ease the sorrows left by lonely
The love that you long for already waits.
And can it be If you only look around You'll find the love that you long for Already waiting there for you Can it be true
Han seleccionat tres fantàstics temes, The Last Time I Was Fooled, One More Day i Silver Pistol.
I'd face 10,000 tomorrows Instead of one today You don't say hi to no one Or farewell when she goes away Just last Saturday night I was sitting in a nightclub jingle jangle

Walking down the street and crossing over, coming down Feels like nothing's getting through Street on up, you know you must make an effort to be true
And this whole world's my guitar And my wife is true and old Now the inspector pays a calling out
Invite him in, don't leave him there, just standin' in the yard. One more hour of this life, and all I got in this whole world's my guitar and my wife.
Bona nit.
I even talking to a JBL Things I hear don't sound the same Sultry senor

Són Celluloid Heroes, Holiday, Motorway i Till the End of the Day.
Everybody's a dreamer Everybody's a star Everybody's in movies Doesn't matter who you are There are stars in every city

She looked so weak and fragile That's why she tried to be so hard But they turned her into a princess And they sat her on a throne But she turned her back on stardom Because she wanted to be alone
I see all the stars as you walk down Hollywood Boulevard Some that you recognize Some that you've hardly even heard of People who worked and suffered and struggled for fame Some who succeeded and some who suffered in vain
Rudolf Valentino looks very much alive And he looks up ladies' dresses As they sadly pass him by Avoid stepping on Bela Lugosi Cause he's liable to turn and bite But stand close by Lennie Davis Because hers was such a lonely lie
If you covered him with garbage George Sanders would still have style And if you stamped on Mickey Rooney He would still turn round and smile But please don't tread on dearest Marilyn Cause she's not very tough She should have been made of vine or steel But she was only made of flesh and blood
You can see all the stars as you walk down Hollywood Boulevard Some that you recognize, some that you haven't even heard of People who worked and suffered and struggled for fame Some who succeeded and some who suffered in vain
Everybody's a dreamer And everybody's a star And everybody's in showbiz It doesn't matter who you are And those who are successful Be always on your guard Success walks hand in hand with failure Along Hollywood Boulevard

I'd like to imagine you're on a beach on the south of France on Staten Island.
With a beautiful, with a beautiful person Holiday Oh, what a lovely day today
I'm also glad they sent me away To have a little holiday today Holiday, holiday I'm just standing on the edge of a pier
Hoping and dreaming you are here To share my little holiday Looking in the sky from a gap in the clouds Sometimes I think that the sun ain't never coming out But I'd rather be here than in a dirty old town
Oh, what a lovely day today. I think I'll get down on my little knees and pray. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for that holiday today. Holiday. I'm leaving the insecurity behind. The environmental pressure's got me down.
I don't need no incentives to slow me down. I don't need no steel belt to help the sneaks down. Holiday. Oh, what a lovely day to day. I was so glad that he sent me away to have a little holiday.
Lying on the beach with my backburn hairs. The salt gets in my blisters and the sand in my hairs. The season opens so hard but I really couldn't count. I'm breathing through my mouth so I'm allowed to sniff the air. It's a falling day. Oh, what a lovely day today.
I'm also glad they sent me away To have a little holiday
Motorway food is the worst in the world. You've never eaten food like you've eaten on the motorway. Motorway food is the worst in the world. The coffee tastes weak and the cakes taste stale. Gasoline fumes are the worst to inherit. Your stomach rolls over and your face turns pale. Oh, that motorway living. Ain't enough to feel to be so free.
Riding down the motorway, got to charge up my battery, rest my seat, rest my eyes. So tired, tired of living, tired of living, this motorway living. Motorway tea is warm and wet, rain is upon and it's four in the morning and it's all I can get.

Motorway food is invariably fried. It feeds me and keeps me and hounds me somebody. Ooh, right down the motorway. Ain't it a thrill to be so free, yeah. Right down the motorway. Cat-sized cold meat pies, thousand long rots, cold french fries. So tired, tired of living, tired of living this motorway living.

I get up, I see the center, and I feel good, yeah, cause my life was begun. You and me were free, me to watch me please, yeah, from morning.
Bona nit.
You can pull your things off, I don't mind. Take me off, things are kind. The feeling's gonna get you right down to your soul.

It was an early morning bar room and the place just opened up. And a little man come in so fast and started at his cups. And the brother served the whiskey. She was a big old friendly girl. And she tried to fight her empty nights by smiling at the world. And she said, hey, Bob, it's been a while since you've been around.
Where the hell you been hiding and why you look so down But the little man just sat there like he'd never heard a sound
The waitress, she gave out a cough and acting not the least put off she spoke once again. She said, I don't want to bother you, consider it's understood. I know I'm not no beauty queen, but I sure can listen good.
And the little man took his drink in his hand and he raised it to his lips. He took a couple of sips and he told the waitress this story. I am the midnight watchman down at Miller's Tool and Dye.
And I watch the metal rustin' And I watch the time go by A week ago at the diner I stopped to get a bite And this here lovely lady She sat two seats from a right And Lord, Lord, Lord, she was all right
Oh, she was so damn beautiful that she'd warm a winter frost But she was long past lonely and well nigh on the lost Now I'm not much of a mover or a pick-em-up easy guy But I decided to glide on over and give her one good try
And Lord, Lord, Lord, she was worth a try. Tongue-tied like a schoolboy, I stammered out some words. But it did not really matter much, cause I don't think she heard.
She just looked clear on through me To a space back in my head And it chained me into silence As quietly she said If you want me to come with you Then that's alright with me Cause I know I'm going nowhere And anywhere's a better place to be
Anywhere's a better place to be I drove her to my boarding house And I took her up to my room And I went to turn on the only light To brighten up the gloom But she said to please leave the light off Oh, I don't mind the dark And as her clothes all tumble around her
I could hear my heart The moonlight shone upon her As she lay back in my bed It was the kindest scene I only had imagined
I just could not believe it To think that she was real And as I tried to tell her She said, shhh I know just how you feel And if you want to come here with me Then that's alright with me Cause I've been oh so lonely Loving someone is a better way to be
Anywhere's a better place to be. The morning comes so swiftly, but I held her in my arms. But she slept like a baby, snug and safe from home.
I come back with my paperback To find that she was gone She'd left a six-word letter Saying it's time that I moved on
The waitress took a bar rag and she wiped it across her eyes. And as she spoke her voice came out as something like a sigh. She said, I wish that I was beautiful or that you were halfway blind.
And I wish I weren't so doggone fat. I wish that you were mine. And I wish that you'd come with me when I leave for home. For we both know all about loneliness and living alone.
Looked at the empty glass in his hand And he smiled a crooked grin He said, I guess I'm out of gym And I know we both have been so lonely And if you want me to come with you

I amb el seu tema, Listen to the Lion, acabarem avui. Molt bona nit, per tant. Adeu. Ahoy.
All my love come tumbling down. All my love come tumbling down. All my love
